USAGE SCOPE

Hammer Mill is used to grind freely between the hammers by blowing through the crusts and bran of cereals. It is suitable for all kinds of feed mills, organic fertilizer mills and extruder units.

WORK PRINCIPLES

The product is directed to the inlet section with a feeder controlled by the motor current in different types - usually containing magnets.

The machine operates in two directions and the right side of the product is provided with the valve positioned according to the rotation direction of the rotor. The milling takes place between the moving blades and the jacket while being shaved at a great peripheral speed, the appropriately sized products are conveyed to the milled product chamber by accumulation in the jacket hole.
