USAGE SCOPE

The Pellet Press Machine are mechanically compressed with the aid of a disk and a roller and mixed with steam at 85 degrees, 1.6-22 mm. It is a machine that provides production between diameters. Steamed food becomes easier to digest for animals because the starch in it is gelatinized. It provides for the death of harmful, disease-causing bacteria (Salmonella) for animals. The cost of storing and transporting pellets increases as the density increases, and it is becoming more economical. Apart from the feed industry, it is widely used in bran, pulp, wood shavings, organic fertilizers, garbage, hop, pine and sugar beet pulp pellets.

WORK PRINCIPLES

The semi-finished goods are transported to the conditioner unit via the supply spiral. Here, the product which is softened by feeding with steam is transferred to the pressing section. The same amount of material spread between the rollers and the disc is pressed between 3,5-12 mm. Pelletizing can be done with the adjustable knives.
